Email [email protected] and a person will read it. We usually answer within a couple of days. Mentioning which phone you're on and what you were doing saves a round trip.
Ballpark never asks you to sign up, which means there's no password to recover and no profile to sign back into. Your food log lives on your phone and nowhere else. Worth knowing before you delete the app: your history goes with it.
Pro is billed by Apple or Google, depending on where you downloaded Ballpark, so the controls live in your app store settings rather than here.
It might well be. Ballpark guesses from a photo, and it says so. If a guess is off, tap "fix with words" on the estimate and tell it what's wrong ("the rice was half that", "it's a lamb kebab, huge one"), and it'll have another go. The portion chips do the quick version of the same thing.
30 photo guesses per calendar month, forever, plus unlimited logging by typing or talking. The counter resets on the first of the month, and the app shows what's left before you run out.
Photos are sent to an AI model to produce the guess and then discarded. Your log stays on your device, so uninstalling is the delete button. The privacy policy has the specifics, and it's short.
Write to us. A bug report about soup being confidently identified as a smoothie is a perfectly good email to send.
